Could be nice.
This could be a very nice updater, but unfortunately its database is very outdated. It suggests to download uTorrent 1.6 (current version 1.7.7), Opera 9.23 (currently 9.51), Firefox 2.0.0.7 (currently 3.01!) etc. I'd prefer a updater which also downloads and installs new programs. In Quick WinApt you'd have to do all that yourself.
Pros: Small download, very good idea. No install.
Cons: Outdated databases, must download and install new programs yourself.
